Yo-Plus

General Mills, Minneapolis, MN, has debuted Yo-Plus to help regulate digestive health. It contains Optibalance, a unique blend of probiotic cultures, as well as natural fiber. According to the company, the combination of these cultures and fiber may help consumers regulate their digestive system when eaten daily. Yo-Plus contains 3 grams of fiber per 4-ounce serving, as well as calcium (15% DV) and vitamins A and D (10% DV). In addition to the special probiotic culture Bifidobacterium, Yo-Plus also contains the live and active yogurt cultures L. bulgaricus and S. thermophilus. Yo-Plus flavors include: Strawberry, Vanilla, Cherry and Peach.
